Q: When can I expect my item?

A: Once your order is accepted, we’ll send you a confirmation email. This means that we are processing your order. Next, you’ll receive a confirmation once your order is dispatched with an estimated delivery date. Your package will be delivered via the courier, and will usually arrive within 1-2 business days. During peak times like Black Friday, though, we are inundated with orders, and lead times can sometimes take a little longer. Thank you in advance for your patience.
